Solicitation for Best Practices in Family-Centered Care for Pediatrics

The National Center for Medical Home Implementation (NCMHI) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) are currently soliciting nominations for best practices in family-centered care by primary care pediatric practices for inclusion in a monograph about family-centered care.

Nominations are being solicited from families, patients, staff, and physicians or other clinicians in primary care pediatric practices. If selected, physicians, other clinicians, staff and families of selected practices will be invited to participate in phone interviews and practices will be showcased in the monograph as examples of best practices.
